Build: sources disagree
The endgame build is our main stat tracker's top Sniper build. A second stat tracker shares only the Ivanov QR600 muzzle: its endgame build uses a different barrel and comb, and a stock and laser in place of the bolt and optic shown here. The early build is that second tracker's low-level build, and our main stat tracker gives the same slot and unlock level (weapon Lvl 4 to 14) for all five parts.
Tier: sources disagree
Our main stat tracker rates it "Absolute Meta". A second stat tracker also ranks it the best sniper, but in its A tier.
Apex effect: one source so far
Only the official weapons post describes the drilling rounds. Our main stat tracker lists no stat changes and says the Apex costs the rest of the gun nothing.
