Build: sources disagree
CODMunity and WarzoneLoadout agree on the muzzle, barrel and rear grip. ZLR Tac12 Pro is CODMunity's stock; WarzoneLoadout shows no stock on that build. CODMunity's page also shows a second Versatile build (Sakin Omega 13 muzzle, XRK Clutch-LS laser) that differs from its own card.
Unlock and max level: sources disagree
Lvl 4 comes from games.gg and the issue brief, but Dexerto says it is unlocked immediately. Dexerto gives 60 as the max level; that matches the Apex level.
Fire rate and tier: one source so far
150 RPM and the "Very Good" rating are from CODMunity alone (no TTK is published). Its pick rate is under 2%.
